Additional, Platinum membership benefits you will get:

  • Preliminary assessment of the LEED v2009 certification of the newly designed building.
    • The service will include a meeting (1.5-2h) to discuss the certification criteria. During the presentation of the guidelines, they will be constantly confronted with the design solutions envisaged in the analyzed facility.
    • As part of the summary a summary sheet will be handed over containing a summary description of all LEED requirements together with an anticipated final evaluation of the project.
    • The building under analysis should have one of three functions: office, retail or industrial. The meeting will take place in Warsaw.
  •   Preliminary assessment of the BREEAM certification of the newly designed building.
    • The service will include a meeting (1.5-2h) to discuss all certification criteria. During the presentation of the guidelines, they will be constantly confronted with the design solutions envisaged in the analyzed facility. A summary sheet containing a list of all the BREEAM requirements together with the anticipated final project evaluation will be submitted as a summary.
    • The building under analysis should have one of four functions: office, retail, industrial or residential. The meeting will take place in Warsaw.
